At Elevate Print Co, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour selection, or ordering mistakes.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Upon review, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
